Shipping Policy

We process most of the orders as soon as they are received, within a duration of 24-48 hours working hours. And they are mostly delivered domestically within 8 – 10 days. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, or any unforeseen delays, we will get in touch and keep you informed or refund you accordingly in store credit.

Customer is responsible for the information of the recipient’s correct name and address details. This information should be precise, accurate and complete (i.e. contact name and number, building name, flat number, wing etc.) to enable delivery under normal conditions.In case any details are required to complete the delivery, the customer will be contacted via mail or call.

If area falls under “Non Serviceable zone” or “out of delivery area” by our Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order in that case, order can be cancelled. However, we cover all the metros, tire 1 and tire 2 towns.

A nominal shipping fee is charged on all orders. The shipping charge can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails. This charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment to the shipping carrier. If you have any questions pertaining to shipping, please get in touch by email at support@jainagrofoods.com

Cancellation

Cancellation is only applicable if the order is not shipped. No cancellation is applicable if the customer receives shipping confirmation. If the customer is eligible for cancellation, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 days.

Returns

Return request can be made by mailing us on support@jainagrofoods.com within 2 days of delivery with complete details as order Id, name, address etc.
Products should be returned in the original condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proofs of purchase.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
Defective/Damaged product
Wrong product delivered

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Returned without original packaging
Damaged products reported after 2 days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale item-
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jainagrofoods.com and send your item to our address as mentioned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
